Modular Piping Skid Design
Utilizing modular design allows for a higher degree of fabrication, tracing, insulation, testing and calibration as well as expediting on site installation and start up.
System Inspection Isometric
System inspection isometrics are developed to ensure accurate locations of pipe wall and vessel wall thickness measurements. These deliverables were created utilizing 3D data capture then transformed into an intelligence model. They guide inspectors to locate, record and track data efficiently which in turn helps clients to comply with their own standards as well as EPA and OSHA regulations.

Retrofit Piping Project
Process cooling water chiller replacement retro fit project. Existing chillers, supply, return, process, steam and condensate connections along with existing support structure were scanned and then dropped into CAD software which ensured precision fit-up of new equipment, piping and support steel. Preceding video shows new piping mating with existing connections captured with scan.
