System inspection isometrics are developed to ensure accurate locations of pipe wall and vessel wall thickness measurements. These deliverables are used as guides by inspectors to locate, record and track data efficiently which in turn helps clients to comply with their own standards as well as EPA and OSHA regulations.

Retrofit Projects

Process cooling water chiller replacement retro fit project. Existing chillers, supply, return, process, steam and condensate connections along with existing support structure were scanned and then dropped into CAD software which ensured precision fit-up of new equipment, piping and support steel. Preceding video shows new piping mating with existing connections captured with scan.
